Receptionists could do better
It used to be fantastic but my experience last week was terrible. I spoke to the receptionist face to face and she said I would need to go online to make an appointment via the app. It's like they don't want you to be there. There's not many people in there when you go in either. The GP I saw was excellent and it's been ongoing. They're starting to do more tests but the receptionists could do better.
