SHP - Grove Surgery


Long Queue

Can't get through for an appointment. There is only 1 staff on reception and means waiting in the long queue. Prescriptions are ordered online which i pick up from the chemist. Sometimes when it is quiet you can get appointments generally the following week or sometimes in a couple of months. Sometimes staff are friendly as they are staff who are being trained. Some staff moan and shout. One staff was very helpful as she helped to set up online prescription service face to face.
