SHP - Grove Surgery


Getting better but still not good

Getting better but still not good. Other SHP sites seem better. Had very bad experience with receptionist who said i couldnt have hearing problems if I was able to converse face to face with her. Nightmare getting through you are always 30+ in queue and no appointments. Puts you off seeing or calling them. GPs themselves are very good if you can see them. Also you get a text saying from SHP but no one knew what SHP was.
