Wasted a day to get no real care

I wasted an entire day dealing with them. They told me where to get orthopaedic shoes but I was not told anything about physio or operations I would need. It was a 2 and a half hour round trip to not get anything sorted. I am still having issues with my foot but they keep telling me to go back to the hospital who won't give me an appointment.
