Unable to access at the time I need help

Ring at the opening time, four days no connection, 5th day I am 9th in que. Receptionist asked what I require? Need prescription review as I can no longer request antidepressants, no appointments left today, call again tomorrow. On the 3rd time I spoke to a receptionist, I received a call from a ‘community pharmacist’ who approved the renewed prescription. I have now been without any medication for 17 days due to this red tape.
