Makes you feel like just another number

This service is fantastic when you can get in but it is hard to get appointments and there is a lack of continuity of care. The doctors themselves are great but I never get to see the same doctor. I have also had to wait for up to 6 weeks for a follow up appointment to discuss blood test results in the past. All of this makes me feel like just another number.
