More Appointments

Cant get appointments especially physical face to face appointments. Due to the long waiting queues which could take between 2-3 hours, I walk into the surgery when I need appointments which are most times taken due to people getting their before you and limited availability of the GP. For pre prescription service they normally ask for 3 days notice but i always give them 4 because the medications are never ready when you go to collect them on the 3rd day instead they advise they are waiting to be signed. I have to wait until the prescriptions are signed for me to be able to collect my medications. The service pre pandemic was great but since post pandemic the service has not been great. Positive - I do get regular diabetic reviews and when i see them they also book me in for my feet.
