Excellent service

Excellent service, lovely doctors especially head doctor there. We attended a talk held by the practice in terms of children's health. Very informative and reassuring.
not a good service

I went to the GP for my stiches to be removed and the they told me to go to A&E and A&E told me to go back to my GP. its been more than 10 days and I still my the stiches on my lips. Honestly I do not know what to do.
Can not get through

My Gp is refusing to remove my stiches, I was told in the hospital that my gp was the one who had to remove the stiches. Now I do not know what to do. I have to go to A&E and wait for 12 hours before I can get it out and they can refuse to do it as well.
