good service to have but staff need training

Used in the past for health concerns. The staff need to be medically trained or need to have knowledge of conditions. The triage and symptoms identification process is to long and you are having to repeat yourself continuously before they can signpost to a medical professional. It will make the process quicker and easier to diagnose if the staff are medicals as they would be able to identify the signs and symptoms.
