Service and delivery is slow
My experience of Monkspath Surgery and SHP in general is that the service and delivery is very slow. Slow to answer the telephones, slow process to get an appointment. My experience of doctors has not been great. I have felt dismissed and felt that doctors are not fully listening to me. I feel that they need to listen to their patients more. My experience is that I can get appointments it just takes time, and I have experienced delays in referrals and treatments because the doctors have not fully listened to what I have had to say.
