SHP - Monkspath Surgery


Impossible to make an appointment

Totally impossible to get to see a GP at the Monkspath practice where I'm registered. If you do manage to get through on the phone (which is also highly unlikely), or make the effort to get to the surgery in person the only appointments available seem to be at partnership surgeries miles away. They simply don't seem to realise (or care) what anguish this causes their 'customers' when a genuine concern cannot be discussed and diagnosed. Such a shame, as before joining the Solihull Health Partnership I would have recommended this surgery to anyone, but I wouldn't touch it with a barge-pole now and am actively looking to move to another practice, one not in the SHP!!
