Horrendous waiting times for appointments

My overall experience of the surgery is okay. I can normally get an appointment when I need one, but waiting times for appointments can be horrendous. My last appointment did not go well and I waited an hour past my appointment time to be seen. The care received from doctors varies depending on who you see. Some doctors are very good, they give you time and seem to listen.
