Marston Green Surgery


Did not feel that the doctor listened to me

My recent experience at Marston Green Surgery was not great. I attended an appointment to talk about my mental health. I did not feel supported or heard. When I was talking to the doctor they did not face me but sat looking at their computer screen. I did not feel like they were listening to me or my concerns, I found it very disheartening.
