Feel completely abandoned by them

I can't remember when my last appointment was supposed to be, probably almost a year ago. They cancelled it due to staff illness and have never sent me another appointment. They used to be okay and I had regular, useful appointments with a lovely therapist. What on earth has gone wrong? I dread to think how many other patients have slipped through the net like this.
