Original feedback for

Lyndon Resource Centre

Phoned 5 times to ask for referral form.

Due to the lack of communication at Lyndon Clinic, I self-referred for a MIND therapist who has been brilliant. The last time I saw someone at Lyndon Clinic was 2 years ago and the consultation lasted less than 10 minutes. MIND have been excellent and recommended a service called Cascade. Cascade needed a recommendation from Lyndon Clinic so MIND got in touch with them to ask for the referral form. They did not reply. I have phoned Lyndon Clinic about this issue. They have promised a call back 5 times but still no phone call. I'm not sure if this is the therapist's fault or the receptionist's, all I know is that it is a disgusting way for a practice to act.
