Really good CPN

January 26, 2023
After being disappointed with my GP practice, support here has been really good. My CPN is great.

Don't provide any help at all.

August 29, 2022
Current patient, Certified outreach team came and saw me once per week. All is ok when you are ok. They don't provide any help at all apart from the weekly visit, so I come to Solihull Mind which I have been using since 2016.
If Solihull Mind wasn't here, I wouldn't know what to do. I have depersonalisation anxiety.

The quality of care and service is poor

August 29, 2022
During Covid it took month and months before they got in touch with me during crisis time.
At the time my son was in hospital and I had a lot going on which impacted my mental health.
I had received no calls to check on my welfare.
Only when the situation got bad, I started getting phone calls eventually, every 4 months.
I am due to go back to Lyndon clinic. I should have had an appointments approx March 22 and thereafter but they were cancelled. My appointments were cancelled on 3 occasions. They are always rescheduling all the time.

I did see a nurse who I was supposed to be under however she is also leaving and not due to meet new nurse until Aug.

They keep moving everyone to Maple leaf which has no accessible transport or link near to it.
They have moved a lot of services and some services and groups have been closed.
Going to Maple leave is not accessible for me especially with mobility issues. They need to take mobility and accessibility issues into consideration.
The service has really changed especially the staff.
Last time I went receptionist staff was very rude ,cold and did not want to acknowledge what I was saying.

The service has helped but not a great deal

August 16, 2022
The experience has been alright.
The treatment has helped but not a great deal.
I was under the care team for a while before being discharged.
The staff has said to me if their are any problems then to come back.

When I was discharged from the service, I did not get signposted to any other orgnisations who could help me.
The staff just said at the time "we have urgent cases to see".

When I was under their care, the staff were polite and helpful.

Poor service

Issues with the doctor. Phone last week and trying to get on medication. Husband was in the car when i received the call from nurse to see how i was. My husband mentioned to the doctor he thinks i should be put back on medication so i told him to shut up. The doctor said don't talk to your husband so i disconnected the phone as i was not happy with the way the doctor spoke with me.
When it was day center it was good. was suppose to get discharged when i have been at the clinic but never was.

Was good when it was a day hospital but now very poor. They don't listen or care. People talk and say it is going to close

Phone Call Once every few months

When Coronavirus started didn't hear for ages about ongoing support. Still won't see you in person think it's just an excuse to save money and resources.
