I was feeling unwell and when the doctor saw me and could not understand why my blood pressure was high, He immediately referred me to the clinic for further investigations.

I suffer from mental health , waiting time is worse and I have to be seen every 6 weeks for my fellow up checks. I want to start working and manage myself but I have been waiting for too long for support.
