Kingshurst Dental Surgery


disappointed by the level of service/care

I had braces done in Tamworth orthodontist. When the treatment had finished the orthodontist referred me back to my dentist for a routine check up. It took them 6 weeks before they got in to touch with me and when they did they denied service and advised it was not them that I needed to see and referred me back to the orthodontist. As a result the treatment could not be completed. If I wanted further treatment then I would have to pay as the treatment had closed . As a result I have left it and since not been back to the dentist.
