Accessibility and waiting time

I have to wait a long time to get through for an appointment.
You are advised of a 16 weeks waiting time for an appointment when you do speak to a staff.
The service is 20 minutes away and with children it is not always possible.

Referred me to Solihull hospital 12 moth I heard nothing, got in touch with them they told me to follow it up myself. Too long to go into on here. But then went on to charge me for an emergency appt, which I did not ask for, referred me again 3 weeks on still haven't heard. Just after your money. Dreadful. Made a comment of me not having many if my own teeth, probably not enough to fill or extract and make money.
