Hobs Moat Medical Centre


Difficult to get an appointment

It's not easy to get an appointment at Hobs Moat Medical Centre. It is very difficult to get through on the telephone and I usually attend the surgery in person to book an appointment. Recently I have been able to wait inside rather than queuing outside. There is no call back option on the telephone system which I feel would be beneficial. The doctors have been good when I see them and they have made referrals on to the hospital for me.
