Obstructive and not fit for purpose

This GP practice should be shut down, the staff are obstructive in the extreme. You cannot get an appointment unless you commit to multiple contact attempts ( time allowing ) only to be met with obstructive staff who try to palm you off on a different practice or request you call back only to receive the same round and round in circles response. Close up shop if you can't cope is my advice
