Zero care post cancer op

My severely disabled wife had cancer removed from her bladder and the following week had exploratory work done for cancer in the back passage. She had pain from the back passage to her stomach after the procedure and could not get an appointment. We were always told to call back tomorrow when the same issue repeated. Finally we called the team who did the rectum procedure, they stated she needed to be seen by the GP. Eventually we had a call from an on call GP who had no interest in seeing her despite being informed what the hospital said. She was prescribed a cream which when opened stated not to use if you have had a haemorrhage or are on blood thinners. She has had a brain haemorrhage and is now on blood thinners to counteract the strikes that happed after. On reporting the mistake to the GP, after sitting in a telephone queue for 50 mins again, we were told to wait for a call from another doctor, there was no intent to see her. The condition has now worsened due to the wait and now visible blistering has spread. Due to her disability she struggles to stand and spends all day sitting on these blisters.
