Not too bad

It’s ok if you manage to get an appointment but it’s hard, especially with your preferred doctor. I’ve obviously got a health condition but it’s been 2 years now and I still haven’t got a diagnosis as I’m passed from pillar to post. It seems nobody wants to know. The only positives I can think of is the nurses are lovely. The receptionists could be a bit more professional and approachable and the cleanliness of the toilets needs addressing.
