Poor appointment service

Poor appointment service. When you call you are waiting about 2 hours on the phone. After waiting on the phone and you get through you are advised the appointments are gone and to call back next day. When you are in the surgery you don’t see any phones ringing so where the call are going it is unknown. The phone gets disconnected when you are in the queue. I have to ring back and start again in the queue. Staff are nice and polite. Drs are really good when you get to see them. Nurses at the GP are good.
