Cannot get through to surgery
Since this surgery joined SHP the service has become awful. Cannot phone for an appointment for my toddler, took 6 days for a call back from an online consultation and I only got a response because I complained on the SHP Facebook page. I’m in the process of escalating the complaint as GP only responded via text and diagnosed eczema without looking at the injury, which was an infected cut and not eczema. I am disgusted that GPs are using Covid as an excuse to not see patients, all other businesses have now returned to normal operations, why are GPs different?
