SHP - Haslucks Green Medical Centre



Better since Covid 19!

Prior to Covid 19 outbreak, trying to get an appointment could be trying. You would call, join a queue and by the time you were spoken with, the appointments were already taken. It wasn’t impossible to get an appointment but if you work full time there isn’t much flexibility. You kind of have to take what’s on offer. However, since the outbreak of Covid 19, it’s actually much better. Within 15 minutes of calling in, a telephone appointment was given and I was called back by a GP. The call was thorough, not rushed and a really good experience. It would be fantastic if this could be continued but appreciate the phone appointment System is only due to the current circumstances. But for myself as a full time worker, it makes so much more sense to not have to book time off when a phone conversation was just as helpful with a positive outcome. Very pleased.
