Difficult to access when you work

I cannot get through to book an appointment. Calling at opening time is very difficult when you work and are travelling to work at that time. You cannot take time off to book an appointment because there is no guarantee that you will get through and be offered an appointment. I have experienced a lack of support with my medical condition (pcos) and the impact it has on my day to day life, which has resulted in a decline in my mental health.
