Green Lane Surgery



Long queue on phone when you call the surgery

When you contact the surgery, there are long queues already on the phone. You have to have a telephone consultation before you can see a GP if you manage to get through. When you do get appointment, there is 2 weeks wait. Most of the time the reception staff are helpful, but they can be nosey. They want to know why we want to see the Dr. I had a coil put in and had to explain to the receptionist the reason for wanting to see the GP which I was not comfortable with. A brief description should be sufficient enough.
