GPS Healthcare - Village Surgery


Very difficult to get an appointment

It is very difficult to get an appointment at Village Surgery. They use patches which is open from 7.45am and you basically fill a form in and await a call back. I got a call back around 11.30am. I did get an appointment though. I called another time at 8.01am and requested call back, when they called back there were no appointments for that day and none for next 2 weeks if you want to book in advance. My husband cannot get patches set up and it’s difficult for him to call as he’s on the road. He is always just told to call 111. No idea why the system is broken, it’s not good enough.
