GPS Healthcare - Tanworth Lane



Unable to be seen quickly.

Very often in a very long queue on the phone, when finally get through, you can't get an appointment and told to try again from 8 a.m. In the morning. I'v had occasions of betting cut off, just as you get through. But through the pandemic it is even worse. They are not open to see people unless they deem it necessary after your phone consultation. I just keep putting everything off. Why, when allegedly, NHS is to remain open and available for everyone, is it they are closed or too busy. Is there too many patients on their books... I'm unsure. All I ever see and read are negative comments regarding Drs in Solihull, Shirley, egg etc.
