GPS Healthcare - Tanworth Lane


The service was good until taken over by GPS

The service was brilliant until taken over by the GPS. The GPs are brilliant when you get to see one. Cannot get past the reception. Too many questions from receptionist who are not medically trained. One receptionist is very rude. Takes up to 40 minutes on the phone and when you call it tells you that you are in a queue of over 30.
