Appalling appointment system

Appalling service from front desk. Absolutely no empathy or sympathy to your situation. They are rude and authoritarian. The new system is hopeless. I have been trying for days to get an appointment. This place is typical of the UK now. Too many admin. Not enough doctors. Too many patients. Disgraceful healthcare service.
