A hit and miss service
My experience has been very hit and miss. Getting an appointment can be very difficult. They have moved on to digital access for appointments using the 'Patches' system, and you cannot book an appointment over the telephone. I am 77 years old and this is a struggle, and I fear for the older community. I was however able to get an appointment back in early January 2025 when the doctor was very good and made a referral for me.
