GPS Healthcare - Knowle


Poor GP service

Takes ages to get through and on one occasion i was number 1 in the queue for about half hour, after already holding for 50mins. The phone then cut off!! One of the receptionists quite sharp with you and shouldn't be doing that kind of job at all. No point in speaking with a GP there unless its one of the long established ones. The others don't listen and fob you off. Best ones are Dr Aveyard, Dr Webb and Dr Khan. Wouldn't bother with anyone else.
