My relative’s carers were very kind, caring, patient, supportive and encouraging in a professional way. Going the extra mile. Also very good in contacting me with any concerns. My relative had carers 3 times daily and latterly 4 calls daily until going into hospital and then a nursing home.
The staff I spoke to in the office were also very understanding and helpful, and if there was ever a need for them to ring me back they always did.
