Awful service, rude & unhelpful staff

This pharmacy provides an awful service. A prescription was digitally forwarded to them on a Friday, and when I attended to collect it on Monday, after waiting for 20 minutes they told me that they did not have it in stock and would have to order it in for hopefully the next day. I complained and questioned why this had not been looked at on Friday and ordered in and I was told that if I was not happy I could take the prescription elsewhere. The staff member was extremely rude and unhelpful!
