Decent enough when you get an appointment.

Tend to have a regular turnover of GPs and Locums are often used. Sometimes, you need to see a GP who knows you.

Impossible to get appointments.

It is impossible to get through to the reception to make appointments. Wait is always at least 45 -60 minutes despite calling as soon as phone lines open at 8am. By this time all appointments are taken. Majority of reception staff are very rude.

Can never get an appointment

Could hold the line at 8am every single morning and still be told you can’t get an appointment, even in mental health crisis. Told to wait until 8am the next morning. Only good thing about that practice is the healthcare practitioner [Name]. Has helped me through ALOT. Always very caring and takes time to actually listen and take notice. Especially when it comes to mental health.

Worst practice ever

I have now changed from these doctors, they are a disgrace. I was refused medication during lockdown that I’ve been prescribed for life by the hospital because it wasn’t essential. When 111 called the practice to say I need my medication they simply told them I was lying and didn’t need it. (My notes were changed to reflect what they said, I still have the screen shit of what was originally written) The receptionist are rude, you cannot get an appointment and it seems to be pot luck if you do get to see a doctor. I am disgusted this has not been investigated further. Need to be revamped and a lot of people need replacing, it’s lucky i changed GP as I was severely ill 9 months without treatment.
