I have continued problems with the surgery. It's hard to get an appointment. When they refer you mistakes are made. Then for other issues you are told to self refer, which is something that I am not happy about. Its not easy navigating the system and your GP should be happy to assist with these things, it is their job.

The GP surgery staff are unprofessional to the point that they ask for detailed reasons why you wish to see the doctor.

Medication is not a long term solution when a person needs help with their mental health. Long waiting times for referrals and I'm just told to self refer to other services. When your struggling this can be difficult. Trying to get an appointment, talking to the receptionists, and trying to get repeat prescriptions are all extremely difficult at this surgery. No compassion for the needs of their patients and a lack of understanding the circumstances people are in. Find dealing with this practice very hard and rather than helping they just cause me further anxiety.

Approximately 6 months ago I had a range of blood tests done and was told that there were indicators that there was a problem. The blood tests were repeated and/or sent for further analysis and I was told that I would be referred to see a specialist. I have not received any results or heard anything about a referral. Chasing them is difficult for me because of my personal circumstances and their lack of helpfulness when you do contact them. I'm having to seek support from an advocate to get things moving.

Its really hard to get an appointment. The staff are snotty and unhelpful.

I have to have regular blood tests related to my ongoing health issues. Appointments are always booked in advance, I don't usually wait long. Nurses are lovely and treat me with good care.

The staff are snotty resulting in a number of heated conversations with them. I must say though that the problems I am experiencing are due to the GPs not correctly prescribing my medications. They keep making errors which are difficult to have rectified having to deal with unhelpful staff. One of the ladies on reception is really helpful but if your not lucky enough to speak to her it makes things difficult and very stressful.

I can never get an appointment. I have ongoing issues with my knee and need a knee replacement but I've been told that I'm too young and need to lose weight. I'm not overweight and in my early 60's so I'm not sure why I have been told this information.

Hard to get through on the phone lines, hard to see a GP. Waited months for a lung function test. Staff on reception are abrupt and unsympathetic.

I'm happy with the service provided. I always manage to get at least a call back from a GP.
