Hard to get appointment

There never any appointments when calling up, Receptionist act like they have a medical certificate There not much confidentiality with the Receptionist they talk very loud and can hear what being said about other patients Receptionist don't give you the right time and when you turn up at the time they give you its turns out to wrong time After 30 mins being in a queue the phone lime goes flat and have to start all over again
