Some very good. But some extremely horrendous

Nick the nurse practitioner. Is fantastic. Some receptionist, have no clue what's going on or how to do things. They need to have the dr's in 5 days aweek or at least 4 days. And have more nurses/HCA clinic lead appointments.and implement fines for those who do not attend their appointments. Having come out of hospital from a heart attack, having meds for 2 weeks, gave in letter from hospital. And asked to order more meds. When went to collect perscription. They said I had already had one over a week ago, after a bit of back and forth saying I have not had any, I said the 'last issued' date was when I brought in the letter ???? then said I would have to wait and reorder them, trying then to explain that I NEEED the meds, say they were not on emergency meds. But have others go out of their way to get the perscription asap . Look of the draw ????
