No regard for disabled

drs don't seem to no how to treat my condition consultants ask them to prescribe medication they refuse . No cater for disabled women to have smear tests receptionists are vile and when requesting new meds I got told to go and put prescription request in box in in a wheelchair and cant reach receptionist laughed They refuse to use the disabled counter when you go and enquire at reception Disabled toilet size is shocking room way too small and heavy fire door that I caught my fingers in When requesting appointments over phone explained I was in a wheelchair to receptionists and got challenged saying that chsir could be anybodies how do I no your disabled More idisability information should be added to top of patients notes in order for it to be clear patient is disabled . My son has autism and was questioned by receptionists why he couldn't ring up and make his own appointments and medication review Need i go on ........ Disability discrimination needs serious investigation the main culprits receptionists lack of knowledge and understanding
