The place is always empty but no appointments

It is near on impossible to get an appointment at Croft Medical Centre, but the place is always empty. There is never anyone in the waiting room. Access is a real issue at the surgery and it is difficult to raise the problem with the staff because they are very defensive and threaten to remove you as a patient.
