Rude unhelpful staff

I was a patient at this surgery for 25 years. The doctors were generally good, but I had real issues with one doctor. The problem with the surgery now is how it is run. The receptionists are rubbish. Only one member of the reception team has every shown any kindness. I have witnessed the receptionists being nasty and rude to elderly patients which I found completely unnecessary and disrespectful.
