Luckily I don't need to visit the practice much. What I do find frustrating is the phone lines. I was in the queue (during an afternoon) for 11 mins where I was position 4 the whole time. Then after 11mins and 22 seconds my call disconnects so I drove to the surgery to find it empty, no person in view on the phone lines and when mentioned to the receptionist she seemed surprised at my comments. The service I receive, overall is positive (hardly any issues) it's just accessing the practice in the first instance.
