Improved appointment system easier to access

The appointment system has improved drastically. When you call in there is an option have them hold your place in the queue and they call you back when you are number 1 in the queue. I was called back within 20 minutes and explained the issues to a friendly receptionist. She told me that someone from triage would call me back. I was called back a short while later and told that the doctor would be calling and would assess whether the problems could be resolved or if they needed to do a home visit for my elderly parent. The doctor called within the hour, she was very thorough, listened to my concerns and prescribed adequate treatment. I was satisfied with access, quality of treatment and the polite and friendly service provided by staff at the surgery.
