Pre and post appointments

Can not get appointments and when you speak to someone they advise to ring back the next day when they have no availability. This is not always applicable if i have to go to work. Do not go anymore to the surgery because it is very difficult to get face to face appointments or even get to speak to any one. If there is any issues you are left in a limbo.
