Crabtree Dental Practice

The dentist is very good. I recently paid £200 for a new set of top dentures. I am an NHS patient, and the costs are unclear. I am now trying to get a new bottom set of dentures but it is unclear if I have to pay again or not.

I travel from the other side of Birmingham to attend this dental practice and I never miss an appointment despite the inclement weather or if public transport isn't available.
The service is second to none. If they have any doubts at all about something happening regarding your teeth then you are immediately referred to the Dental Hospital.

Any pain or discomfort I've had has been sorted out Immediately and I've always been given a plan of any proposed treatment.

They were treated very poorly, it was obvious that the dentist had no experience with dealing with this kind of patient.

I called to enquire when I registered with my current dentist. I went up and had my 1st consultation as I was experiencing problems with my teeth.
The nurse that was dealing with me wanted to refer me to have dentures done.
What I required was bridges and recapping of the root canal.

I was advised to look for another dentist. They said they could not provide the treatment under the NHS even when I qualified.
I am from North Birmingham, but I have to travel to Solihull to be able to get NHS dental treatment as there was nothing closer to home.

They have replaced my front teeth and given me a clean as well

This dentist is a nightmare I have been left with really bad pain holes that was not even their before my teeth are a mess and the pain is terrible. I was spoken down to like a child, they are rude. You can never get hold of them. Just avoid.

Absolutly appalling dental practice, makes up treatments to get nhs money which is not needed. Shouted at my 12 year old autistic son and scared my 2 year old, he needs reporting.
