Community Living & Support Services Limited

Not the best service, improvement required

I requested to have my date of birth changed. It took 9 months for Solihull community housing to change my Date of birth to be able to bid on a bungalow. A month ago, I had a melt down and that is when the staff at the housing decided to take action and changed my details to correct details. I had a melt down because of the delay and lack of support from the housing team. I mentioned on my application that I am disabled but it seems like they do not put disabled like us as priority any more for housing. I reside in a ground floor flat which I moved into 3 years ago but the bathroom is communal which I do not feel comfortable about due to my conditions. They have accepted all my medical documents and has put me in Band B. Staff are good on the phone when you are on the phone with them and they try to help.
