Chester Road Surgery


Accessible when needed.

Always had good support from reception staff. I feel that they get stressed by workload sometimes but always try to be polite and friendly to patients. Nurse and HCA are both lovely. GP support through pandemic has been really good. Dr takes his time with patients but you feel like he cares. Needs a rocket up his bum sometimes but he is a good soul. Some diagnoses have been too slow resulting in delays in treatment but generally, a good supportive practise. No issues with getting appointments and I can always get through when I ring.
