A good surgery
December 14, 2023
I did not register at this practice but it is common for me to be sent here by Bosworth Medical Centre. I find the service here quite good. The nurses are great. I have never been able to see a GP here.

At times it can be difficult to get an appointment but the service received once you get in is very good. The reception staff are helpful and friendly, and the doctors are good.

It has taken me two years to be referred for a gynae appointment. I have been waiting two months so far since being referred.

Lack of support for Dementia care
March 31, 2023
Lack of support during my late spouse's diagnosis and treatment. I feel we were just left to deal with it all on our own. Information and signposting to other services that could have helped would have been appreciated, if there was nothing they could have put in place for us.

Unable to get through on phone

Phone lines are a nightmare, waiting times for phone to be answered is anything from 20-30 minutes, often leading to me visiting the surgery.
Nurses picked up on ectopic pregnancy
September 19, 2022
The midwife and nurses have been amazing.
They didn't catch at the beginning that I was pregnant with ectopic pregnancy.
In June they identified and I got help by end of July where I had to go for investigations and scans. If they had not picked the ectopic pregnancy in time then I would have lost my child.

Doctors have been amazing. My little one has heart conditions and has to take medications.
My daughter has to be under the service for 2 years. My daughter sees the GP every week or multiples times a week.
